The 48mm GyroGraff Endangered Species features a diamond bezel and a distinctive panda on the dial in white gold. A total of five rare species have been immortalised with these sensational diamond mosaics – an extraordinary technique pioneered by Graff.
2. MEMORIS TITANIUM
Memoris is the first chronograph watch in history – an exclusive creation of Ateliers Louis Moinet, celebrating the heritage of the eponymous watchmaker. For the first time, Memoris is now available with a contemporary 46-millimetre titanium case, making it very light indeed.
3. WORLD TIME
Launched in the 1930s, Patek Philippe’s famous World Time watch displays the time simultaneously and continuously in all 24 time zones. The cloisonné enamel planisphere representing Europe, Africa and the Americas is crafted entirely by hand and is remarkable for its detail, colour and depth.

Now synonymous with the House, Graff is renowned for its yellow diamonds and for Baselworld 2019 the watchmaker has created unique timepieces that celebrate these exceptionally rare and beautiful stones. A close collaboration between Graff’s London atelier and its Swiss watchmaking team, Graff Luxury Watches, every millimetre of the Fancy Vivid Yellow diamond watches has been carefully considered.
5. A VISION OF BLUE
The Calatrava Haute Joaillerie is now available in a palette of blue tones, exuding an ultra-feminine allure, sparkling with hundreds of gems. The softly rounded contours of the white gold case are set with staggered rows of diamonds, interspersed with sapphires in varying intensities of colour.
6. LVCEA SKELETON
An in-house mechanical movement with automatic winding and skeleton execution, the 33mm LVCEA SKELETON boasts an 18kt white gold case set with round brilliant-cut sapphires on the bezel. The 18kt white gold crown is set with a sapphire and diamond and everything pops with the blue alligator strap.
7. FLEURS DE JARDIN
Inspired by the sophisticated mechanism of the Astronomia Solar, the Fleurs de Jardin was in development for more than a year. Colourful and feminine, the piece features 11 brilliant flowers of kite-shaped amethyst, pink and icy blue sapphires, tsavorites, citrines, orange garnets and rubies rotate counter-clockwise around a mother-of-pearl dial once every 10 minutes.
8. FURIOUS BAGUETTE
In making the Twin Turbo Furious Baguette, Jacob & Co. has done what comes naturally – adding baguette gems to its spectacular timepiece. The case is in 18k rose gold and is set with 154 baguette diamonds and 109 baguette rubies.
9. ASTRONOMIA CASINO
At the heart of the Astronomia Casino lies the craftsmanship for which Jacob & Co. is renowned. A double axis tourbillon counteracts the effects of gravity on the calibre as the tourbillon cage rotates in 60 seconds and completes a revolution over itself in 2.5 minutes. The entire tourbillon covers a full revolution around the watch’s central axis in 10 minutes.
10. CLASSIC FUSION
Playing with light and shade, the latest Classic Fusion Orlinski series is sculpted in the aesthetic signature of artist Richard Orlinski, including its faceted dial. The King Gold Pavé is polished 18k king gold, set with 210 1ct diamonds.
11. BORN TO RACE
The Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona from Rolex’s iconic drivers’ series gets a facelift for 2019 with a paved and elaborate dial, and shimmers in champagne, intertwined with diamonds and black lacquer. At a heightened calibre of 4130, its power reserve lasts around 72 hours.
12. ROMA EMPIRE
In its ongoing quest for unexpected innovation at 360 degrees, Bvlgari introduces the Octo Roma Tourbillon Sapphire. Featuring extraordinary transparency, an aerial flying tourbillon and uncommon elegance, this limited edition watch captures Bvlgari’s engineering expertise in exploring unconventional reinterpretations of the complicated watch.
13. CLASSIC FUSION
Since 2011, Hublot and Ferrari have created watches with unique designs and motorisation. Each new edition introduces a new style and this year welcomes an elegant and contemporary piece that draws inspiration from the “Gran Turismo” universe.
14. MONOCHROME CHRONO
The Octo Finissimo Chronograph GMT Automatic has broken records as the world’s thinnest chronograph – just 3.3mm. It is an emblem of Bvlgari’s expertise with a manufactured integrated movement that displays the classical chronograph functions. It also has a GMT function that allows one to set the local time with a button at 9 hours.
15. MAXIMUS ROYAL
In ancient Rome, the title of “Maximus” was given to the high priest at the head of the College of Pontiffs.
