The initiative debuts at One&Only Le Saint Géran in Mauritius, where a new community of two- to six-bedroom homes ensures barefoot luxury and local authenticity.
Each home features pools, indoor-outdoor living spaces and design elements that reflect Mauritius’ coastal landscape and cultural heritage. Set beside the Indian Ocean or tropical gardens, the villas are designed for extended stays, multi-generational groups or private retreats with access to the full range of resort amenities.
Guests benefit from daily housekeeping, turn-down service and a personal host who manages everything from pre-arrival planning to in-villa dining and experiences. A newly opened dining concept, RIVA, offers coastal Italian fare and includes a deli with handpicked wines and ingredients for entertaining.
The rental experience extends beyond Mauritius. Homes are now available at One&Only Mandarina in Mexico, One&Only Aesthesis and Kéa Island in Greece, and Portonovi in Montenegro, with Montana (USA) launching next.
