Sensei, the wellness brand co-founded by tech entrepreneur Larry Ellison and physician Dr. David Agus, has expanded its global presence by introducing personalised wellness programs at Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in San José del Cabo, Mexico. This collaboration brings Sensei’s evidence-based approach to health and wellbeing to the luxury resort, offering guests tailored experiences designed around the principles of Move, Nourish and Rest.

At Zadún, guests can engage in one-on-one consultations with Sensei Guides—experts with advanced degrees in exercise physiology, nutrition and mindfulness—to develop customised wellness plans. These plans may include bespoke fitness sessions, nutritional guidance and mindfulness practices aimed at promoting overall health. Additionally, the resort offers rejuvenating spa treatments, yoga and meditation classes, and the integration of wearable technology to monitor and enhance the wellness journey.

Signature programmes available at Sensei at Zadún include the Discover Sensei Experience, Guided Wellness Experience, Rest and Reset Program and Optimal Wellbeing Program. Each is designed to cater to specific health goals, from stress management and sleep improvement to comprehensive health optimisation. The collaboration also introduces locally inspired treatments that incorporate traditional Mexican healing techniques and ingredients, such as the Savasana Sound and Floor Massage Experience and the Traditional Temazcal Ritual.
This partnership marks Sensei’s first venture in Latin America, following its successful retreats in Lanai, Hawaii and Rancho Mirage, California. By integrating its data-driven wellness philosophy with the luxurious amenities of Zadún, Sensei aims to provide transformative health experiences in the serene setting of Los Cabos.
