Masirah is located 15kms off the southeast coast of Oman with miles of isolated sandy beaches. The island is well known for its wildlife, particularly all four of the species of turtles that come and nest on Oman’s shores. It is very famous as being the home of the largest population of Loggerhead Turtles. The island is very diverse and offers a wide range of water sports as well as excursions into the nearby desert and hillside.
