Qatar’s Golden west coast is the setting for the latest offering by luxury hotel group, Habitas.
Opening its doors to the world this week, Our Habitas Ras Abrouq showcases 42 luxurious villas that immerse guests on a lunar-like landscape on the edge of the UNESCO protected Al-Reem Biosphere Reserve.
Launched in partnership with national airline carrier Qatar Airways, the new resort is home to one-to-four-bedroom villas that come with private pools and large outdoor decks that overlook the Arabian Gulf. Inside, décor features soothing, earthy tones and design elements that draw inspiration from Qatari culture.

The resort also features a beach club, wellness centre, state-of-the-art gym, water sports adventure hub, infinity swimming pool and padel tennis courts alongside an onsite restaurant Oissa, for when the stomach murmurs and a terrace lounge for a nightcap.
