Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group has announced the first member hotels of its new Quorvus Collection. The Symphony Style Hotel Kuwait, The May Fair Hotel London, and the G&V Royal Mile Hotel Edinburgh, will be the inaugural trio.
The hotel firm describes the properties as having a holistic approach, with a focus on six core elements: "wellness, replenishment, style, inspiration, entertainment, and connectivity".
The G&V Royal Mile Hotel Edinburgh, so named after former monarchs George and Victoria, gives a proud nod to the area’s Royal heritage in the heart of the city. The award-winning restaurant “Cucina” is the hotel’s pulsing heart and serves dishes inspired by classic Italian cooking.

The Symphony Style Hotel Kuwait is part of the Symphony complex in Salmiya - the main shopping and entertainment district of Kuwait City. The 18 floor property has 169 rooms and suites with views of the Arabian Gulf.
The interiors are designed by Rosita Missoni and reflect the colours of the desert and sea, with gold, sand and turquoise finishes. All rooms have state-of-the art technology including free high speed internet access.
The May Fair Hotel London, owned boasts a contemporary design and, in the words of its owners, brings together “boutique attention to detail with grand hotel service”.
The spirit of Mayfair is captured in the May Fair Bar, which has played host to some of London’s most extravagant society events and serves over 40 cocktails, including the signature May Fair Mojito. The hotel was first opened by King George V in 1927, and offers 404 rooms.

The Quorvus Collection lends its name from the Corvus constellation, which features 11 stars visible from the southern hemisphere.
