Everybody deserves a fabulous place to stay to enjoy the festive season. The signature suites at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi promise you a quintessentially luxury experience. The four different suite categories all include complimentary limousine chauffeur transfers, exquisite in-suite amenities, exceptional design, spectacular views of the city, in addition to the impeccable St. Regis Butler Service that will leave you wanting for nothing.
The Al Mushref Suite is an eloquent combination of Arabian mystique and classic St. Regis heritage, with traditional mashrabiya screens and red onyx mosaics complementing the more Western chandeliers and fine wood inlays. Situated on the 48th and 49th floors, each suite features ocean views, generous living space, a beautiful bedroom, a separate study and private kitchen and dining areas for entertaining.
Over in the Al Manhal Suite, things get a little grander with its elegant designs spread over 300sqm on the 48th floor. The master suite is impressive alone, with its subtle hues playing out against hints of gold. It also features a walk-in wardrobe, free-standing bathtub, a spa treatment room, a 10-seater dining table, living area, private study and a spacious majlis which is perfect for hosting big celebrations as it has its own designated dining room, kitchen, powder room and dressing room.
Bedecked in white Carrera marble, semi-precious stones, mother-of-pearl and walnut wood, and illuminated by crystal chandeliers, the Al Hosen suite on the 49th floor is the epitome of old-school glamour and is testament to the St. Regis promise of excellence. The suite’s master bedroom, majlis, dining and living area, study, spa, gym and dressing room can also be connected to a Superior King room, so you’ll have all the space you could need.
And in a final ode to fabulous living spaces, The Abu Dhabi suite is the epitome of grandeur. Suspended between the two Nation Towers and accessed by private elevator, the architectural feat offers 360-degree views over the city and sea. The interiors of this two-storey suite are gilded 2-carat gold leaf, and feature an Art Deco glass dome, bronze and crystal chandelier, three bedrooms, a private spa and movie theatre, kitchen, gym, library, lounge and dining area. Suite stays don’t get any more exceptional.
Naturally you’ll need to fuel your stay, and sustenance of the most sophisticated kind can be found across the hotel’s collection of restaurants. If a taste of Italy is what you’re after, the Michelin-selected Villa Toscana will transport you to the rolling hills of Tuscany with every bite. Its wall murals set the scene for a culinary journey through Tuscany, Umbria and Emilia-Romagna, with antipasti, homemade pastas and risotto, charcoal-grilled lamb chops, mixed fried calamari and prawns, charcuterie and aged European cheese platters. Save room for the deliciously creamy Tiramisu, and you’ll be thankful you did.
At Catch at St. Regis, it’s something of a seafood affair. Also a Michelin-selected restaurant, the interior spaces artfully blend refinement and relaxation to create an ambience of soft sophistication. The stunning window views will take you all the way out to sea, while its ocean-inspired open-plan dining space creates pockets of lively conversation, with more intimate occasions enjoyed in the private dining area. The ocean also infuses the menu, highlighting Caviar sturgeons, oysters, sushi and crabs. To elevate the celebratory experience even further, there is live entertainment courtesy of a singer and saxophonist from Monday to Saturday.
