Finding a new home in the Dolomites, at the Cristallo, Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Riva Privée is taking its yachting hospitality to new heights. A temporary space in the Stube 1872 restaurant, chef Marco Pinelli has created a special Riva menu that ranges from traditional Cortina d’Ampezzo cuisine to flavours evoking the sea. The new restaurant expands the Riva Destination format, which has seen huge success in other go-to destinations, from Paris to Venice and Mykonos, and brings the value and appeal of Riva to its boat owners in even more elite corners of yachting hot-spots around the world.
