What could be better than packing your kids up and sending them for an overnight stay in The Natural History Museum in London? Dino Snores’ Christmas Special is a night at the museum event for children aged 7-11 years, in which they get to explore the Museum after dark, taking part in fun, engaging and educational activities, all with a seasonal festive touch.
Children will have the chance to: explore a torch-lit trail of the Dinosaurs gallery, get creative with a Christmas-decoration-making workshop, enjoy festive treats and learn about winter animals in an educational science show. At midnight, it’s time to settle down in Hintze Hall, and sleep under the watchful gaze of Hope the blue whale. The next morning, they’ll feast on breakfast before experiencing a live animal show, all before the Museum opens to the public at 10am. Pretty epic!
