Following the success of Fouquet’s restaurant in Abu Dhabi, Groupe Barrière is now bringing Paradiso Nicole et Pierre to Yas Bay, the new waterfront destination on Yas Island. Touted as a celebration of life helmed by Nicole Rubi, the famed chef and woman behind La Petite Maison and Michelin-star Pierre Gagnaire, Paradiso promises its own little corner of Mediterranean magic, bringing a little dolce vita to Abu Dhabi. “Paradiso combines the passion and freedom of taste. We trust that Nicole’s great ideas and classic Gagnaire twists, combined with simplicity and excellence is exactly what today’s culinary world needs,” says Julien Huel, Managing Director of F&B Operations for Barrière.
Following in the footsteps of the original Cannes restaurant, which opened in 2020, the Abu Dhabi outpost promises simplistic, generous cooking from its chefs, with dishes that bring a taste of the Mediterranean to the UAE, at what will be the capital’s newest culinary waterfront complex.
