A new homegrown, neighbourhood eaterie has opened at Nshama Town Square, with a simple recipe to enjoy the simple pleasures in life: family, food and fun. Situated in the heart of Town Square, Caya (which means ‘pure’ in Greek) oozes natural light, with a calming interior palette of neural, earthy tones to reflect its laid-back ethos. Food-wise, the menu is light and Mediterranean-inspired, with shakshuka and vongole linguini sitting beside slow-cooked lamb and a fresh watermelon, strawberry and feta salad. There’s live music and a children’s play area to keep all ages fed, fuelled and having fun.
