Featuring artwork by landscape-designer Christophe Gautrand. Found on the terrace of Bar 8, the “Red Garden” pop-up stars a 14-metre-tall plane tree that has been suspended horizontally over the garden’s “water mirror”. The final touch? It’s ornamented with red cords and Tanqueray gin-bottle shards. Matching the art on display, five signature cocktails have been created to complement Gautrand’s artwork, such as the “Tokyoite Julep”, an exotic tipple of coriander, red pepper, Tanqueray n°10 gin, sherry, lemon and soda. Bottoms up!
