Always one of Monaco’s most sought-after dining destinations, the storied restaurant closed for a number of months to complete a top-to-toes renovation. Unveiled for the summer season, the revamped restaurant still flaunts a stunning view of the Mediterranean to Corsica, but the brand-new look includes nautical décor and a new terrace with a retractable roof to allow for sparkling dinners under the stars.
The Salon Winston Churchill is another novelty, seating just 18 guests for exclusive private events – and don’t overlook the Churchill-inspired caramel and coffee “Cigar” in the dessert menu. Speaking of the menu, that has been totally refreshed as well, and takes advantage of Le Grill’s new centrepiece: a wood-fired rotisserie where meats and fish are slowly roasted. Finally, wash it all down with white peach mixed with champagne – hailed as the “it” drink of the season from the iconic Monegasque destination.
