Framed by the blue waters of the Aegean and the olive grove-covered hillsides of the Peloponnese coast, Amanzoe is set amid some of the most spectacular landscape in Greece. For those seeking a slice of this idyllic setting to call their own, the resort has launched the next phase of its Amanzoe Villas, a collection of villas and undeveloped plots of land where future owners will be able to create their dream homes.
Six intimate two-bedroom villas and 17 villa lots are scattered around 93 hectares of gardens on the hillside near the main resort, while four beach villa lots spanning 9,000 square metres are located alongside Aman Beach Club, nestled in a sheltered bay at the foot of the hill.
Owners will be able to collaborate with interior architects from Designrealization - the company founded by the late design legend and long-time Aman collaborator Ed Tuttle - and unleash their creativity to put their personal stamp on each villa.
In keeping with the architectural style of the resort, the new villas will pay tribute to classical Greek architecture (Amanzoe is fondly regarded as a modern-day Acropolis) with a contemporary twist. The largest plots will be home to sprawling six-bedroom homes, with separate living and dining pavilions featuring stately colonnades, and an abundance of indoor/outdoor living space including terraces, swimming pools and reflecting ponds.
Owners will be able to enjoy all the perks available to Amanzoe guests, including the idyllic Aman Spa, summer tennis clinics and a programme of visiting wellness specialists. Owners will also have the option to include their villa in the resort’s rental programme.
