Nuzzled into the verdant hills that overlook the vibrant lakeside city of Zurich, The Dolder Grand has captivated travellers since it swung open its doors in 1899. To celebrate its 125th anniversary this year, the five-star resort will take gastronomes on a culinary journey that brings together its rich history and the latest epicurean trends in the form of The Grand Heritage pop-up.

Spearheaded by Culinary Director and two Michelin-starred chef, Heiko Nieder, The Grand Heritage will take guests back to the opulence of the early 1900s, with a specially curated menu inspired by the father of Grande Cuisine, Auguste Escoffier. Complemented by an Art Deco setting and the gentle sounds of electro swing, the French menu blends classic and contemporary dishes that are all presented on silverware from the original Grand Hotel Dolder.
