Fresh from opening at Jumeirah Golf Estates, Nassau restaurant is an easy-breezy escape to the Mediterranean from chef Silvena Rowe. Drawing on her European-Arabian heritage, modern dishes that traverse the coastlines of Southern Europe and the Levant revive the senses with vibrant flavours and piquant local ingredients.
Our advice would be to start with Ottoman-style wagyu beef and melting Kashkaval skewers, followed by grilled jumbo shawarma-style marinated king prawns, all wrapped up with Nutella tiramisu.
