Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud opens his first Dubai restaurant in Sofitel Dubai Wafi next month, named Brasserie Boulud. Inspired by the French art de vivre, Boulud’s first restaurant in the Middle East brings French-inspired contemporary cuisine to the table, with dishes rooted in tradition. Known for the modern appeal he adds to soulful cooking in authentic French classics, Boulud’s menu will dance to the rhythm of the seasons, with specialties such as melon soup with shrimp and lemongrass, terrine of spiced lamb with eggplant, BB burger with tomato confit, arugula and raclette cheese and apricot clafoutis with pistachio. Inside, the décor inspires timeless elegance – modern yet cosy, refined yet understated, with a soaring mirrored ceiling the brasserie’s centrepiece.
