A team of award-winning barmen from six Fairmont properties gathered at Dead Rabbit restaurant in New York earlier this year to create the list, which features modern takes on classic creations like the Old Fashioned, the Mai Tai and the French 75. The collection has now been introduced at Fairmont properties around the world, so head on over to your nearest one for a pre-prandial tipple.
