Aston Martin is once again offering intrepid drivers a seasonal driving experience and a chance to put the pedal to the metal. Or, in this case, the ice.
The luxury British sportscar maker is returning to the town of Crested Butte in the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains for a second season of Aston Martin on Ice.
The early-2015 event, which debuted last winter, provides drivers with the chance to rev around in the latest Aston Martin autos on challenging roads, as well as a 10-acre icy surface.
The exclusive Rocky Mountain tracks are precisely tailored to the Astons' mechanics and have been painstakingly built over approximately 250 man hours.
They comprise a braking/cornering exercise loop, slalom, skid pad and full circuit. And, with expert tuition available, drivers can become masters of ice and hone their skils on the frosty courses.
“After a hugely successful first year we are returning with an On Ice program that will once again deliver a genuinely thrilling experience in Colorado’s breath-taking high country," said Aston Martin's Americas president Julian Jenkins.
The two and three day sessions will be available to experience from February 2015. To enquire about any of the marque's signature drive events, simply email concierge@astonmartindriving.com.
