The new Swissôtel Doha Corniche Park Towers Hotel & Residences - a property occupying two mixed-use towers in the heart of Qatar and comprising a 350-room five-star luxury hotel and 121 luxury branded residences - will be managed by Accor following an agreement with the leading conglomerate Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Company.
The project marks Accor’s seventh managed property in Qatar across five brands, including Movenpick, Mondrian and MGallery, with nine more hotels (of 2,920 keys) in the pipeline, and grows Swissôtel’s portfolio to seven properties in the MENA region.

The high-profile project is set to open in 2020, with the property strategically located in the capital’s prestigious West Bay, offering unobstructed views of the Gulf and old town, and easy access to Doha’s business, leisure, retail and cultural districts.
The hotel itself is housed in an architecturally striking tower of 44 floors, including four podium and Mezzanine levels of high-end retail space and restaurants, interconnected with the 29 floors of luxury branded Swissôtel Residences Tower and a 23-floor Commercial Tower, creating quite an eye-catching addition to the city skyline.

Tapping into the underserved premium branded residential market, the project will introduce the first Swissôtel branded residence to the market with 121 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments to be sold.
Guests of the both hotel can lay claim to stand-out features such as four restaurants, a 750sqm meeting space, spa, health and fitness centre, swimming pool and a kids club, while the branded residences will have a Residential Lounge on the top floor promising breathtaking views over the city, as well as a private swimming pool and gym.
