Taking the age-old adage of ‘the more, the merrier’ to heart, Armani/Ristorante is bringing together three world-acclaimed chefs for its new and exclusive ‘Six-Hands Dinner’. Uniting the creme de la creme of the culinary world, your dinner will be in the (very) capable hands of: Michelin-star Chef Norbert Niederkofler, who hails from the Dolomites and bagged this third star in 2017; Chef Gal Ben Moshe, an Israeli chef based in Germany whose restaurant, Prism, once its first star in 2020; and Armani/Ristorante’s own chef, Giovanni Papi, who won Rising Star of the Year at the 2020 Middle East Hospitality Excellence Awards.
The Six-Hands Dinner will take place at Armani/Ristorante on February 23 (during Gulfood, the region’s annual food and drinks exhibition), and set to a backdrop of The Dubai Fountain will serve up the finest seasonal produce with dishes including fish tartare, Sicilian red prawn risotto, pigeon with textures of beetroot and a signature dessert, La Sfera.
The ‘priceless’ experience costs Dhs749 per person for its grape-pairing menu and promises to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. After all, what tastes better than have three award-winning chefs cooking dinner just for you, hey?
